No, and that is not the goal. MIVA’KAT focuses on a fast, shareable catalog: your products, your services and your prices stay reachable from one clear, up-to-date link, without you having to publish a full website.

Our team looks at what you do, then replies within 2 working days: that is the timing the form states, and it does not change along the way. If your request is accepted, your business, its file and a catalog on the free plan are created. You then receive a personal link to send your logo, your categories and your product sheets: what you type is saved as you go, and progress can be followed online until the catalog goes live. Your public address is only handed over once the presentation has been checked.

It lets you use our service for free for 14 days, with no bank card and no commitment: 10 products, 50 MB of storage. These are the values from the Pricing section, and your plan’s end date is shown in your space.

You choose the password when you send your request: it is what opens your space, and it is never stored in clear. An activation email is then sent to you; its link is valid for 48 hours and works only once. After that, you open your space with your email address and that password. On your usual device, it will not be asked again for 30 days. If you have forgotten it, the “Forgot password” page sends you a link to choose a new one. After several wrong attempts, access locks for a while as a precaution: write to us, we check your identity and hand you a new access — any access open until then then stops working.

Yes, with no file to resend. From your space, you create and edit your product sheets — price, previous price, description, availability — you manage your categories and your photos, and you keep your business details up to date: logo, cover image, contact details. The public catalog shows the latest version as soon as it is viewed again.

You are not left stuck without explanation: new items are refused with the exact figure from your plan, while everything that already exists stays editable — a price, a photo, a removal. A message tells you how to ask for a larger plan, and the team picks the subject back up with you.

Domain names are reserved for the Pro plan, coming soon: 10 addresses on the Pro plan (coming soon). Ordering a domain means checking its availability, buying it and linking it to your catalog in a single purchase: that flow is not ready yet. The Pro plan page explains how it will work. Until then, your catalog lives at its MIVA’KAT address.

Yes: catalogs are designed for the phone first, where images, prices and the contact button stay readable and reachable, just as on a computer. Nothing to install: your link opens in any browser, and your management space follows the same mobile logic.

It is used to process your request and prepare your catalog: the form collects your agreement, and the “commercial information” box is optional. You can ask for your data to be corrected or deleted at contact@mivakat.xwoor.com.
